发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION OF HEAT RADIATING SUBSTANCE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the temperature distribution of a heat radiating substance at a high speed and a short pitch by detecting the radiation energy from the surface of the radiating substance such as a hot rolling steel plate for a mill line with an image sensor and measuring the surface temperature distribution from the output of the sensor. CONSTITUTION:The radiation energy distribution in the plate width direction of a hot rolling steel plate 10 for a hot strip mill or the like is detected by a primary image sensor 12. The output of the sensor 12 is supplied to a radiation energy voltage converting device 14 and the converted voltage value is converted into temperature T by a voltage/temperature converting device 16. On the other hand, the measuring system is provided with a rotation detector 20 detecting the movement of the steel plate from the revolution number of a table roller 18 carrying the steel plate 10. A temperature distribution arraying device 22 arrays the output of the divice 16 as the temperature distribution in the plate width direction of the steel plate 10 in accordance with the moving distance of the steel plate 10 detected by the detector 20. Consequently the temperature distribution of a radiating substance such as a hot rolling steel plate can be measured at a high speed and a short pitch.
