PURPOSE:To provide a powder humidifier which can satisfactorily control generation of dust by providing an intermediate conveyer with elevation at a position of receiving powder from an upper conveyer between the upper conveyer and a lower conveyer to humidify the powder at that position. CONSTITUTION:A grain material 14 supplied from a belt conveyer 13 goes into a chute 15 and drops on an intermediate conveyer 16 provided with fins 17 having the angle of inclination in such a manner as to throw out the grain material 14 upward and adapted to disperse the material left and right with a wide angle theta relative to the going direction. A nozzle 18 capable of sprinkling the grain material 14 with water from above, front and back and left and right is disposed in the chute 15, so that the grain material 14 scattered in the conveyer 16 to fly is sprinkled with water so as to be humidified enough, and while the grain material is dropped on a conveyer 19 to be transported, the grain material can be cohered enough or adhered to the large particle, whereby generation of dust can be controlled during transportation and big piling of the grain material. |
