PURPOSE:A writing ink composition that is prepared by adding a low-molecular, water-soluble metal compound together with pigments and dyes to an aqueous medium, thus being erasable with commercially available erasers, when letters are written with this ink. CONSTITUTION:The objective ink composition is obtained by adding (A) a low- molecular, water-soluble metal compound such as alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, Zn, Al, Sn chlorides, sulfate, nitrate, carboxylate, organic sulfonate, preferably by 10-50wt%, (B) a pigment or dye, preferably O/W type emulsion pigment, preferably by 0.1-15wt%, when necessary, (C) glycerol, by 3-40wt%, to an aqueous medium. EFFECT:The resultant ink can write letters or drawing without blotting even on erased places. |
