PURPOSE:To ensure the natural hearing through a headphone without producing the excessive reverberation nor causing the deterioration of the imbre and articulation, by applying the signal component corresponding to the primary reflected sound sent from 2 of the 6 faces of a rectangular space to the signal tramsmission lines independently of each other. CONSTITUTION:The both-ear difference circuits 5 and 6 applies a crosstalk component between the signal transmission lines reaching the left and right speakers of the main body of a headphone. The circuits 7-12 are provided to produce only the primary reflected sound sent from 6 faces of a space in a rectangular room to the synthetic signal of the input signals on the signal transmission lines of input terminals 1 and 2. This reflected sound producing circuit applies the signal component corresponding to the primary reflected sound given from 4 faces, i.e., the front and back walls, the ceiling surface and the bottom surface of the space within the rectangular room to both transmission lines in common with each other. Then the signal component coresponding to the primary reflected sound sent from 2 wall surfaces at both sides of the space is applied to the signal transmission lines independently of each other. |
