PURPOSE:To attain the connection among plural terminals with use of just a transmission line, by transmitting the channel allotment information showing the allotment state of minor bands to the receiver side by means of at least one of plural minor bands. CONSTITUTION:A data transmitter is provided with the input terminals 10(1)- 10(M) to which each data of M units of terminals, the terminals 11(1)-11(M) which transfer the control signal between each of M units of terminals and an adaptive data transmitter, an output terminal 12, a transmitting channel allotment control circuit 13 and a data modulating circuit 18. The circuit 13 includes a control circuit 15 and a channel allotting control 14 which is controlled by the circuit 15. The (N-1) units of parallel output signals of the circuit 14 and the output signal of the circuit 15 are all fed to a data modulating circuit 18 and delivered to a transmission line from the terminal 12 after the multiplication of frequency. |
