PURPOSE:To promote the efficiency of stacking work, by supporting a prescribed number of piled cardboards on a pair of right left trap conveyors provided with stoppers and true-up plates and by dropping the piled cardboards onto a lower truck to stack the cardboards in order. CONSTITUTION:A pair of right and left trap conveyors 5, 5, which extend in the direction of conveyance, are provided in a frame 1 at its upper front part and connected to a conveyor 2. Stoppers 11, 11 and true-up plates 12, 12 are provided at the trap conveyors 5, 5. A truck 15, which is moved down under the trap conveyors 5, 5 so that a convey-out section (a) is elevated, provided. When a prescribed number of piled cardboards A are transferred from the conveyor 2 onto the trap conveyors 5, 5 through an inverter, the cardboards are supported and halted by the stoppers 11, 11 and trued up by the plates 12, 12. The trap conveyors 5, 5 are then moved back outwards so that the piled cardboards A drop and are placed in order on the truck 15. After that, the truck 15 is moved down and then moved to the convey-out section (a). |
