Fluid polyester resin compsns. are applied to a receptive metal support by a stencil process to create high relief patterns for decorative and/or reinforcement purposes. Esp. suitable for marking or decoration of vehicle bodywork partially overlapping layers of resin. Pref. the resin compsn. include mineral additives such as clay, or sand, which allow them to be modelled or shaped manually as a paste. Opt. the surface is covered and/or printed using an acrylic, polyester or cellulosic resin.
