PURPOSE:To perform accurate voltage adjustment, by obtaining an execution value from instantaneous values of voltage/current from a line, converting them into digital values, operating them at an operation storage device, and performing tap change through the results. CONSTITUTION:Instantaneous values i, v of line current and voltage are detected at a CT and a PT, executing values I, V of current/voltage are obtained at instantaneous value/execution value converters RMS16a, 16b respectively, and A/D-converted 20 via a multiplexer 18. The digital value of the obtained current and voltage is inputted to a microcomputer muCPU22. The muCPU22 stores the characteristics of a line voltage drop compensator and a voltage adjusting relay to an internal memory in advance and outputs a tap operation command fD to an on-load tap-changing transformer with a voltage adjusting pattern based on the characteristics. Said voltage adjusting pattern can be set to a desired value. Thus, a free voltage adjustment can be executed surely with a simple device. |
