In a grilling device, a grid-like device (12-16) for grilling-stones (21) is provided below a grilling surface, and at least one gas burner (3-7) is arranged below the grid-like device. By the individual switching-on of gas burners or by variation in the air flow, any desired part surfaces can be heated.
