PURPOSE:To absorb rotation-time stress, by a method wherein bellows elastic in the axial direction is set on tie motor housing side of an encoder housing. CONSTITUTION:On the motor housing 1a side of an encoder housing 10, there are bellows 10b elastic in the axial direction of a motor rotation axis 1c and lugs 10c for fixing the encoder housing on the motor housing 1a. Both bellows and lugs are made of stainless steel in a body. The lugs 10c are fixed on the motor housing 1a with screws 11. The encoder housing 10 is supported flexibly by the bellows 10b and fixing lugs 10c. In addition, it remains elastic for the axial direction of the motor rotation axis 1c. With this method, the rotation-time stress caused by parts fixing errors and extension caused by the thermal expansion of the motor rotation axis can be absorbed. |
