PURPOSE:To avoid malfunction of a microprocessor with voltage fluctuation in the range not to be reset, by making the fall of rear edge of a signal step for reset/set operation. CONSTITUTION:The fall of a rear edge of a signal for reset/set operation inputted to a reset input terminal is made steep to prevent malfunction while being reset from the set state. For example, a power supply voltage VCC is applied to a power supply terminal VD to supply power to a power supply terminal V of a microprocessor P, and a signal for the reset/set operation is transmitted with being made steep for the fall of rear edge via transistors Q1, Q2 and diode ZD and inputted to a reset terminal RES. A signal transmitted to a terminal OUT of the microprocessor P and a collector current of the TRQ2 are ANDed and a driving signal is applied to a specific load S via diodes D31- D3n.
