<p>PURPOSE:To make it easier to process lead wires both at start and end of winding, and also to provide stable characteristics to them, by a method wherein specified notches or cut-up projections are added to bobbin electrical film used in a flyback transformer for a TV cathode tube. CONSTITUTION:Notches or cut-up projections are added to the both side end portions ( on the outmost portion) of electrical film 9. By using these notches or projections, lead wires at start and end of winding are pulled out at a right angle respectively against the coil winding direction. Then, they are hooked on the projections to be held. As a result, no tape is required to hold them, the prime cost is lowered, processing thereof is made easier, and their characteristics is also made stable.</p> |
