PURPOSE:To enhance antistatic property without impairing photographic characteristics, by providing a layer contg. conductive particles made of a specified metal oxide and a layer contg. at least one UV absorber. CONSTITUTION:At least one layer contg. fine conductive particles consisting mainly of a crystalline metal oxide selected from oxides of Zn, Ti, Sn, In, Si, Mo, and W, or a metal composite oxide composed of them is formed on or above a photosensitive emulsion layer. A coat layer contg. at least one UV absorber is formed to cover the conductive layer in order to control diffusion of light from the conductive layer, thus permitting this coat layer to serve also as the protective layer of the conductive layer, accordingly the conductive layer to prevent electrostatic charge without impairing photographic characteristics in a silver halide photographic material of a type for observing a light-transmitted image. |
