The device consists of a number of open rings which, in the installed position, directly enclose the rust-prevention pipe or the anchor steel to be protected and are connected to longitudinal studs distributed over their circumference in the direction of their axis of rotation. The thickness of these longitudinal studs corresponds to the hardened cement paste covering to be produced. The device is composed of flexible plastic.
