PURPOSE:To obtain a large current output surely with simple constitution, without the provision of a buffer amplifier, by constituting output transistors (TRs) of SEPP constitution which take noninverting and inverting components as input signals into forward or reverse bias state with the switching operation. CONSTITUTION:A signa from an input terminal IN is split into noninverting and inverting components at TRsQ11, Q12 of diode connection, the components are applied to the base of TRsQ13, Q14 for SEPP type output conneted to an output terminal OUT and they are outputted from the terminal OUT. A series circuit consisting of a switch S11 and resistors R12, R13 is connected between positive and negtive voltages +Vcc and -VBE of the switch circuit, and TRsQ21, Q22 of current mirror connection and TRsQ19, Q20 are connected to a connecting point A of the resistors R12, R13. Further, the collector of the TRQ20 is connected to the base of a TRQ13 and the collector of a TRQ22 is connected to the base of the TRQ14, and the TRsQ13, Q14 are made to forward or reverse bias with the operation of the switch S11 to obtain a large current output. |
