In electric motors, especially DC motors without commutators, having a permanent-magnet element (3), which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the rotor shaft (2), and having n fixed-position sensors (6, 7), which are sensitive to a magnetic field and interact with the permanent-magnet element (3), for emitting electrical signals, it is necessary to position the sensors (6, 7) which are sensitive to a magnetic field very precisely, especially with respect to their relative angular position. This necessitates a considerable production cost. In order to reduce this cost, ferromagnetic conducting elements (8), which are arranged in front of the sensors (6, 7) in the direction towards the permanent-magnet element (3), are arranged so that they can be displaced in rotation (10, 11) independently of one another, the rotation axis coinciding with the axis of the rotor shaft (2). Deviations of the sensors (6, 7) which are sensitive to a magnetic field from their precise position can be counteracted by suitable rotation displacement of the ferromagnetic conducting elements (8). <IMAGE>
