Beet harvester, consisting of a tractor having at its front a frame which is connected to the front hydraulics and which carries an exact leaf-topping device and a beet-lifting device as well as a beet-centring device guiding the lifted beet between the travelling tracks of the tractor and has at its rear end a pick-up device arranged between the travelling tracks and feeding the beet to an elevator which transfers them to a beet bunker connected to the rear end of the tractor, preferably system tractor.
