Microwave antenna arrangement

In the case of a microwave antenna arrangement, in which the individual radiating elements are integrated, using the planar technology, in the surface of a substrate, the electrical power is applied to the individual radiating elements by coupling of a surface wave from a surface wave component. The polar diagram of the arrangement can be influenced by the individual radiating elements being at different distances from one another or, if magnetostatic surface waves are used, by means of an adjustable external magnetic field.
