<p>PURPOSE:To use an arbitrary input means, by the constitution that the 2nd board provided with a surface shape electrode connected to a current supply means is arranged opposing to the 1st board having a surface resistance body. CONSTITUTION:A surface resistance body 104 is coated on the 1st insulating board 201, X electrode couple 280 and Y electrode couple 280' are provided near the opposing side of the body 104 and connected to an X impedance matching circuit 202 and a Y impedance matching circuit 202'. The 2nd board 206 provided with a surface shape electrode 205 is arranged opposing to the 1st board 201. In depressing the 2nd board 206 through the use of an arbitrary input means 208, an X coordinate value 293, a Y coordinate value 293' are outputted from an X operation mechanism 292 and a Y operation mechanism 292'.</p> |
