PURPOSE:To enable the simple measurement of an angle of an oblique groove by actuating a dial gauge by means of a square on a straight line. CONSTITUTION:A dial gauge 4 mates a semicircular groove 7 in a measuring device body 6 to secure it thereto, and the measuring probe 5 of the dial gauge 4 is slidably attached in a manner to protrude downward. A square 9, which is made of a permanent magnet material and positioned astride and outer periphery of a shaft 1, is installed to the lower part of the back of the body 6. A protruding support plate 10, wherein a pin hole 11 is formed, is tightened to the lower part of one side of the body 6, a square 15 on the straight line is secured through the medium of a spring 13 by piercing a pin 12 through the support plate 10 to the inner side thereof, and the square 15 is supported in a balance manner centering around the pin 12. A bottom 17 of a beak-shaped part 14 of the square 15 is brought into contact with a skew recess 3 in the shaft 1, and this causes inclining of the square 15 and allows the measuring probe 5 of the dial gauge to be pushed upward. The changing distance is converted into a tilting angle by the division of the dial gauge 4. |
