发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FINE PARTICLE PERMANENT MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To greatly improve a fine particle permanent magnet in coercive force, energy product and the like, by a method wherein when Mn-Sb alloy fine particles are molded, they are subjected to a predetermined heat treatment either before, during or after the molding. CONSTITUTION:When a molded article is obtained by casting a slurry obtained by adding an organic solvent or the like to alloy fine particles having a composition consisting of 44-52%, more preferably 46-50% Sb and the balance substantially Mn by atomic ratio, or by pressing or injecting the fine particles, the slurry or the fine particles are subjected to a predetermined heat treatment either before, during or after the molding. The heat treatment is generally effected for about 0.5-20hr at 300-800 deg.C, preferably 400-750 deg.C. Although various heat-treating atmospheres are available, an inert gas atmosphere or a vacuum is desirable. After or simultaneously with the heat treatment, sintering is performed. The sintering is effected for e.g., about 0.5-10hr in an atmosphere of an inert gas or the like or in a vacuum at 200-800 deg.C.
