<p>PURPOSE:To properly execute switching timing of an operation state of a damping mechanism, by controlling start and stop of a cam plate driving mechanism by a cam plate for controlling a damping mechanism of 2 reel base gears. CONSTITUTION:A titled device is provided with reel base gears 4a, 3a of the feed side and the winding side, which have been provided on the same axis as the rotary axial core of reel bases 4, 3 of the feed side and the winding side, and an idler gear selectively engaged with 2 gears 4a, 3a in a state interlocked with an output shaft 7a of a forward and reverse rotation driving mechanism 7. Also, this device is provided with control mechanism 39, 38 of 2 gears 4a, 3a, a control mechanism 40 for switching these machanisms 39, 38 to an operation state and a non-operation state, and also a cam plate 21 for making this mechanism 40 follow the operating part of the control mechanisms 39, 38, a cam plate driving mechanism 41 for making this cam plate 21 execute a reciprocating motion in the linear route, and a cam plate position detecting mechanism 42 for switching the cam plate driving mechanism 41 to an operation state and a non- operation state.</p> |
