A bacon rinding and skinning machine is described, in which a cutter holder, which is assigned to a toothed drawing roller, is guided and adjustable relative to the summit of the drawing roller via mountings which are of resilient design and engage at both ends. The support of the cutter holder is carried out in this connection over a part radius on a bearing sleeve of the drawing roller and via extension arms on an adjusting eccentric.
