PURPOSE:To stabilize a controlling operation by supplying a holding current of a thyristor by utilizing a connected capacity of a relaxation oxcillator circuit wherein a transistor cascade connection unijunction transistor is used. CONSTITUTION:A commercial frequency source 1, an induction motor 2 and a diode bridge 3 are connected in series, while a circuit 4 wherein a transistor cascade connection thyristor is used is connected to the output side of the diode bridge 3 constituting a control system. That is, the energy of rotation of the induction motor 2 is returned to the source 1 by utilizing the junction capacity of the diode bridge 3, while an electric power is converted into a motive power by using the output voltage current of the transistor cascade connection thyristor. A relaxation oxcillator circuit 5 wherein a transistor cascade connection UJT is used is connected between the base and the gate and the gate and the cathode of the circuit 4. A waveform compensating circuit 6 is made to correspond to this relaxation oscillator circuit 5. |
