In the context of jointing for installation and housing-construction assemblies made up of large-format prefabricated concrete parts, so-called prefabricated compound units, the invention relates to reinforcement-type joint structures. Flexible properties of the joint structure in terms of cross-sectional size, building-element-rib-type position, and construction type and installation which leaves finishing options open, allow the prefabricated compound units to undergo the maximum degree of prior carcass and finishing work, to be in module-related sizes and to form building-element load-bearing structure, the prefabricated-compound-unit applications of which include foundation, storey and roof work. The possible applications of prefabricated-compound-unit and ribbed-joint load-bearing structure is unlimited in the context of housing construction and includes all types or forms of housing construction. The load-bearing structure can use prefabricated-compound-unit products using the same or different types of concrete, from the normal-weight, lightweight or gas concrete construction categories.
