A shelf bracket comprises a support arm (1)with a bracing arm (2) pivotally attached to the support arm (1). The support arm (1) and bracing arm (2) each carry a connecting element in the form of a pin (4) having a section of reduced diameter spaced from the head (6) of the pin. The brackets are engaged with posts (10) having apertures (14) by passing the free end (6) of the pin (4) through an aperture (14) so that the parts of the post (10) edging the aperture (14) become positioned adjacent the lesser diameter part of the pin (4). To withdraw the pin (4) through the aperture (14) the pin must be centralised with respect to the aperture (14). <IMAGE> |
