PURPOSE:To easily pick up a card when it is left in a device due to malfunction, by the constitution that the 1st and 2nd frame units provided at the boundary of a carrying path of the card having magnetic stripes are capable of opening and closing. CONSTITUTION:Taking a carrying path of a card with magnetic stripes as a boundary, the 1st frame unit 2 and the 2nd frame unit 1 are provided. The 1st frame unit 2 is held to be opened and closed to the 2nd frame unit 1 with a pin 6. Further, the 1st frame unit 2 is latched with the 2nd frame unit with a latch means consisting of a lock piece 17, an operation piece 18 and a pin 19. |
