PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in the performance of an effective piezoelectric surface due to the bonding of lead wires by leading and bonding electrode ends outside the effective piezoelectoric surface of a piezoelectric material and using it as a bonding point to the lead wires. CONSTITUTION:The width of a piezoelectirc film 10 is increased in width larger than the effective piezoelectric surface (d) in case applied to a linear array type supersonic vibrator, and the ends of upper and lower depositing electrodes 11, 12 and led to the ends of the film 10. Lead wires 13, 14 are respectively bonded at the leading parts 11a, 12a. Since the part to be diteriorated by the heat of bonding is out of the range of the effective piezoelectric surface, the influence to the performance of a piezoelectric element can be eliminated, thereby obtaining uniform performance. |
