PURPOSE:To simplify a structure and to reduce a manufacturing cost, by a method wherein stragin gauges are mounted to opposite sides of a strain generating lever whose center secured to detect a weight alternatey applied to both sides of the strain generating lever. CONSTITUTION:Strain gauges SGa-SGd are attached to the surface and a back and both sides of a strain generating lever 14. If cement starts being discharged through a discharge pipe 4, it is supplied to a vessel 3A through a branch guide pipe 13A. If a weight WA of the vessel 3A and a weight WA', applied to the left end part of the strain-generating lever 14, increase gradually, a strain is exerted on the gauge SGa. When it is detected that an output of a wheatstone bridge reaches a reference voltage, the discharge end part of the discharge pipe 4 is moved to a side of a branch guide pipe 13B through operation of a switching mechanism 5. Then, the vessel 3A, which is full of cement, is immediately detached from a hanging shaft 20, and a new empty vessel 3A is hung down. |
