PURPOSE:To increase the series static capacity of disc winding by inserting two windings of flat type wire which differ in their number of turns by about that of one coil of transposition winding between turns in the center of a transposition wire coil which is wound continuously. CONSTITUTION:Disk winding is constructed of winding segments I and III and the segment I is constructed of transposition wire A wound continuously and the inserted winding of flat type wire B whose number of turns differs from that of the wire A by about that of two unit coils. That is, the wire A starts winding with the outermost turn A1 of the first coil a of the segment I and ends with the outermost turn A32 of a unit coil d. The wire B starts winding with the turn B1 of a unit coil c and ends with the outermost turn B32 of a unit coil b. While in the segment III, two windings of wire B which differ in their number of turns by that of about one coil of the wire A are inserted between turns in the center of the coil of the wire A, and repeating this combination, winding is completed. |
