The circuit arrangement consists of a plurality of functional units (FE1 to FE4). The output of each functional unit is short-circuited or open-circuited depending on the input signal. A light-emitting diode (D1 to D4) which is supplied from a constant-current source (St) is connected in parallel with the output of each functional unit.
