The invention relates to a vibration-free cable clamping device having a device which touches the cable and has a specific degree of freedom with respect to a frame of the cable clamping device. A spring pre-tensioned lever arm is supported on the frame via a single-way coupling. The lever arm continuously pretensions the cable contact device in a single direction which is prescribed by single-way coupling.
