PURPOSE:To prevent damage to a nozzle completely with the movement of a nozzle to a specified position by arranging light detecting holes at the sampling position and at the position corresponding to the nozzle insertion hole of a analysis/measuring tank in the perimeter of a gear rotating with the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A gear 19 rotates with a spline shaft 12. A light detecting hole 2 is provided in the perimeter of the gear 19 and a nozzle insertion hole 11 of a analysis/measuring tank 10 is located at the position outward therefrom. The nozzle 9 is inserted into the insertion hole 11. Therefore, the tangent line of the insertion hole 11 passing the center of the shaft 12 makes the tangent line of the light detection hole 20. When light passes through the light detection hole 20, the nozzle is located at the center of the insertion hole 11. Assuming that the number n of pulses are emitted from a control arithmetic unit 16 from the start in the passage of light through the light detection hole 20 to the end in the passage with the rotation of the gear 19, the pulse is stopped corresponding to one- half of the number n from the start in the detection of light. This enables the halting of the tip of the nozzle 9 the same in the direction as the light detection hole 20 right above the insertion hole 11 of the tank 10 or the sampling position. |
