PURPOSE:To eliminate skew process by tools and strengthen a die casting rotor core, by a method wherein a plurality of slots set on a rotor steel plate are made small, and cut-up projections on the inner diameter side of the small slots are sequentially caulked and laminated. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the slots 12 on laminated iron sheets 11 for a die casting rotor are made small 16. Then, cut-up projectins 15 for caulking are made near the small slots 16, on the inner dismeter 13 side. The plurality of laminated iron plates 11 are twisted a little in the circumferential direction so that each of the cut-up projections 15 is pressed in one by one, and caulked to provide a die casting rotor core. Although notches 14 used as lubricant paths are made in the inner diameter 13, no problem occurs to obtain a rainforced die casting rotor core because the cut-up calking projections 15 are near the slots 16, making caulking pitch greater. |
