PURPOSE:To perform the reproduction of complete still picture, by recording and reproducing a part of a reproduced video signal from a video disc, through the use of two magnetic heads arranged with an angular interval for one field's share. CONSTITUTION:A doughnut shaped magnetic recording medium 2 is fitted at the rear face of a platter 1 by taking a rotary shaft of the platter 1 as a center, and magnetic heads 3 and 4 are arranged opposing to the medium 2 with an interval of 360 deg./N for one field angle's share (in this case, N=4) i.e. 90 deg. mutually. In addition to the heads 3 and 4, a dummy core is provided so as to stably be floated to the doughnut shaped medium 2. Thus, the reproduction of complete still picture can be performed. |
