PURPOSE:To produce a sheet type article efficiently and to mold a plastic article having a complicated shape, by forming a releasing film on the inner surface of a parison to be blow molded thereby preventing parts of the inner surface of the parison from contacting and sticking each other. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 1 has an outer cylinder 2 and an inner cylinder 3. A fused synthetic resin material such as a polyethylene is fed by a screw 6 from the nozzle 1 to be formed into a parison (b). Pressurized air and a releasing agent, preferably, an oil are fed from a supply source (c). A mold (D) consisting of two halves is provided below the nozzle 1, and a mold hole 14 has a desired shape for forming the parison 6. In case the article to be molded has a considerably complicated shape, for example, a sharply diversed part in cross section, and due to it, parts of the inner surface of the parison (b) become inclined in contact with each other, they would not adhere to each other due to the presence of the releasing agent on the inner surface. |
