<p>PURPOSE:To remove phosphorus efficiently by bringing at least one of tanks in an anaerobic condition into an aerobic condition and at least one of tanks in the aerobic condition into the anaerobic condition and changing water flow passages from the anaerobic condition to the aerobic condition after a prescribed quantity of treatments. CONSTITUTION:The 1st tank A is brought into an anaerobic condition and the 2nd tank B into an aerobic condition by blowing an oxygen-contg. gas. Raw water is supplied int the tank A in the anaerobic condition from its bottom part and the treated water from the tank a is supplied onto the tank B in the aerobic condition. After a prescribed quantity of the treatment, the tank B is brought into the anaerobic condition by stopping flowing of oxygen and the tank A is brought into the aerobic condition by blowing oxygen therein. A water flow passage is changed from the tank B to the tank A, and after a prescribed quantity of the treatment, the water flow passage is changed to the atmosphere of the tank to be brought into the anaerobic state and these operations are repeated.</p> |
