PURPOSE:To wash the inner wall of a cylinder body at all times by installing a mist separator to the top section of the cylinder body and ejecting a washing liquid toward the mist separator. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas containing moisture is induced by means of flow deviating plates 11 and turned in the spiral direction, mists remaining in exhaust gas collide with a net 12 by the action of centrifugal force, moisture is caught by means of the net 12, and exhaust gas, from which moisture is removed, is diffused into atmospheric air from the upper opening section 8 of a box body 10. The washing liquid is ejected at every fixed time from sprays 7, 16, the washing liquid is blown against the flow deviating plates 11 and net 12 of the mist separator 6, corrosive components adhering on the plates and net are washed away, and the drain water is recovered from a drain pipe 15. |
