CONSTITUTION:The position ss having the minimum degree Ms of volcanization is selected by a control unit 3 on the basis of the distribution Mnm of the degree of vulcanization, which is calculated in the direction A of a tiregage represented by, for example, 7 positions x. the minimum vulcanizing value Mv is obtained by the control unit 3 from the values at the position x>=s having the minimum degree Ms of vulcanization and at the positions x, which are one or more respectively on both sides of xs, on the distribution Mnm of the degree of vulcanization at the time a3 after the start of vulcanization.
