PURPOSE:To seal very accurately the mirror with an external case through position adjustment of mirror by disposing the screen in the side of output mirror of housing and by disposing the screen having the pin hole and laser source at the other end side. CONSTITUTION:The screen 4 is disposed in the side of output mirror of the external case 2 and the screen 8 having the pin hole 9 and the He-Ne laser source 1 are disposed in the other end side. First, the patterning is carried out with the screen 4 so that the laser beam in red emitted from the source 1 passes the center of the capillary tube and thereby the position of external case 2 is adjusted. Then the output mirror 7 to be sealed to the side of screen 4 is set, the reflected light is returned to the other screen 8, the patterning is carried out with this screen 8 thereby the position of mirror 7 is adjusted. After such adjustment, the tube end 10 and the mirror 7 are sealed. The same process is also applied to the total reflection mirror. Thereby, even when the center of curvature radius of both curves of the mirror substrate 5 is deviated from the opitical axis, the mirror 7 and external case 2 can be sealed with high accuracy. |
