PURPOSE:To obtain a superconducting electromagnet device being easy to be manufactured by a method wherein the cross sectional shape of a loop type vessel to accommodate a superconducting coil is formed in the C-shape having a gentle curve, the opening part of vessel generated by formation of the C-shape is positioned on the outer side, and after the superconducting coil is inserted into the vessel utilizing the opening part thereof, the part is covered with a cover body. CONSTITUTION:When a race-track shaped loop vessel 11 is to be formed with a stainless steel plate, the cross sectional shape is formed in the C-shape having the gentle curve, and moreover the opening part P generated by formation of the C-shape is made to go round the outside circumference making to go along the outside circumference of the vessel 11. The vessel 11 is constituted by this way, a stainless spool 12 accommodating the superconducting coil 17 is installed in the opening part P, the outside circumference is covered with resin 18, and after the spool is fixed supporting the spool with spacers 14 having circulating holes 15 for coolant and being arranged at the fixed intervals, the face of the coil 17 exposed in the opening part P is blockaded with a substrate 16. The coil 17 is fixed on the inside circumferential face of the vessel 11 by this way, the coolant is made to circulate in space in the vessel 11, and transference of coil is prevented surely. |
