PURPOSE:To obtain a perfect one image plane without losing any one scanning signal by performing the light emission of a strobo-scope within the blanking period in the horizontal scanning of a TV camera. CONSTITUTION:The synchronizing signal of a TV camera 3 or the clock signal for determining the address in horizontal scanning lines is generated by a timing signal generator 8. The picture signal of a TV camera 3 is inputted via an AD converter 4 to a storage device 5. For example, when a detecting circuit 6 for image pickup positions detects that the image pickup position comes to the front of the camera 3 during the N-line of horizontal scanning in the TV picture plane as shown by the image signal C of the figure, a preparation signal A for light emission is inputted to a generating circuit 7 for a light emitting trigger at the point t1 of that time, and in the stage of blanking Bn right after the same, said circuit 7 generates a trigger signal B for light emission. A light emitting circuit 14 is operated by the signal B, by which a strobo-scope 13 is operated to emit light. The flash light D thereof annihilates in a blanking period TB. As a result, the image signal irradiated by the strobe is outputted after the horizontal scanning line N+1. |
