PURPOSE:To make a transmission structure light and compact by using a planetary reduction gear and housing it, together with a clutch, in the case section of a transmission case formed in a tapered shape that has its diameter gradually reduced as it goes down to the lower part. CONSTITUTION:In a walking type cultivator where a man works while running it by means of a rotor 6, a transmission device 15 is housed in the case section 2a of a transmission case 2 formed in a tapered shape that becomes narrower gradually as it goes down to the lower end side, while said transmission case 2 is connected to the lower part of an engine 1. This reduction gear 15 engages a plural bumber of planetary gears 11 with fixed gears 10 that are mounted on the transmission case 2 and also engages these gears 11 with an engine output axis 1a and a planetary reduction gear is constructed by integratedly and rotatively mounting a carrier 13 that rotatively supports each of the planetary gears 11 on an output 14. Besides, a clutch 22 consisting of transmission and passive cylinders 16 and 17 and the like are housed in the case section 2a in the same manner between the rotary transmission axis 23 connected to a shaft 5 and the reduction gear 15. |
