PURPOSE:To prevent the bad influence upon the image quality, by providing conductive split electrodes in a developing sleeve and forming these electrodes with a binding material including conductive fine particles to prevent these electrodes from break away. CONSTITUTION:A developing sleeve 5 incorporating a magnet 4 is provided so as to face closely to a photoreceptor 1 of a developing device. In respect to the developing sleeve 5, a conductive base material 12 is used as a base, and conductive split electrodes 15 which are split by an insulating net 14 on an insulating thin film 13, are provided on this base. In this case, conductive fine particles are dispersed in a binding material to give a specific resistance of <=10<12>OMEGAcm to conductive split electrodes 15 and 18. Thus, the bonding force between electrodes and the insulating material which separates them from one another is increased to prevent electrodes from break away, and the bad influence upon the image quality is prevented. |
