<p>A process for the production of human interferon of the fibroblast type ( beta ) and of the leukocyte type ( alpha ), which comprises introducing human genomic DNA into a suitable phage and either infecting a suitable bacteria by such phage recombinant, or recovering from such phage a suitable DNA segment, introducing same into the expression plasmid of a suitable bacterium, cultivating such bacteria and recovering the interferon is described.</p> |
