发明名称 PRODUCTION OF HIGH MOLECULAR PIEZO-ELECTRIC CONDUCTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a high molecular piezo-electric conductor provided with desired thickness piezo-electric effect as well as the specified thickness piezo- electric effect even at relatively low pauling voltage by a method wherein the molding is composed of coplymer of vinylidene fluoride (VDE) and trifluoroethylence (TrFE). CONSTITUTION:The molding composed of copolymer of 65-95mol% of vinylidene fluoride and 35-5mol% of trifluoroethylene or polymer mainly composed of said copolymer is procuced by pauling process after or during the heat treatment at the temperature T( deg.C) selected from the temperatures between the temperature T'm( deg.C) indicating the heat absorbing curve of the heat treatment temperature representing the high dielectric, constant dielectric phase transition under compression and the temperature Tm( deg.C) indicating the heat absorbing curve representing the fusion. The heat treatment under compression may be performed in the high pressure cell equipment normally utilized for heating or heat treating the moldings and the compression preferably under pressure exceeding 1K bar or more preferably exceeding 2K bar. The pauling processor or device utilized to produce the piezo-electric conductor may be adopted this pauling process.
