PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency by providing a jib with a work platform to be dipped and elevated on a turning member provided to be turned in a fender line for simplifying the operation of the work platform. CONSTITUTION:A running body 10 is provided on a rail 5 fast fixed on a side- wall face W between the side-wall face W and a fender line f to be movable by wheels 11. A turning member 20 is provided on the running body 10 to be turnable round an axis S. A jib 30 is equipped on the turning member 20 to be dipped and elevated by the operation of a dipping/elevating cylinder 31. A main body 34, a parallel link 35, and an L-shaped link 36 cooperate with the turning member 20, and construct a parallelogram link mechanism. Consequently, the L- shaped link 36 keeps the same position without reference to the dipping or elevating operation of the jib 30. A work platform 32 is mounted on the L-shaped link 36 to be rotatable. |
