PURPOSE:To case straight progressive running on the inclined plane and ease releasing the lock in such a way that automatic lock can be done in the specified phase angle made by a plate spring and recessed places in which its tip is engaged by resilient pressure between the main shaft and the leg. CONSTITUTION:A main shaft 1 supports a wheel 3 to be freely revolvable around the a leg 2 which is pivotally supported, and it is made to be freely oscillated to the wheel 1. Two recessed places 4a which face each other are formed on a bearing cover 4 which is fixed at the base part of the main shaft 1. And one end of a plate spring 5 is tightly attached through a receiving seat to the base part of the leg 2. The plate spring 5 is bent from the leg 2 outward in the direction of lower part and then in the direction of upper part again, further it is formed into inward bending shape, and a roll 5a which is pivotally attached to its other end part is brought into contact under pressure to the outer periphery of the cover 4. And when the roll 5a is inserted into said recessed places 4a, relative turning by the main shaft 1 and by the wheel 3 is stopped, and straight progressive running on the inclined plane can be easily done. |
