PURPOSE:To prevent an unforeseen accident caused by the sudden operation of a head lamp by constructing a breaker that prevents the burning damage of the head lamp driving motor so that the breaker cannot be reset automatically once it has cutt off its circuit. CONSTITUTION:A breaker B is provided in close vicinity to a driving motor 2 in the captioned circuit in which a head lamp is housed in its lamp housing section so as to be taken in and out of it and raised and dropped by the motor 2 in order to prevent the motor from being damaged by burning when a high load is applied to the motor 2 when the motor 2 is being driven with the snow laid on a lid that covers the head lamp at snowfall. In this case, the breaker B is made of bi-metal by hanging a curved breaker contact piece 13 on both sides of the central opening of a flat base 11 and it is constructed in such a way as to be warped toward the solid line position by the snapping operation following the energizing force of a spring section 14 when the breaker detects abnormal heat generation, and to hold contacts 13a and 8 at the non-continuity position. |
