<p>PURPOSE:To shorten single-test time for each input value, by outputting the output signal of a comparator from the output terminal of a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:Outputs 11a, 11b- of inverters are supplied to a multiplexer 17, and one of them is selected and outputted from a terminal 18. Then, an output signal is obtained from the output terminal 19 of a microcomputer 20. Although basic operation is the same as a conventional computer, data on whether potentials of outputs 11a, 11b- of inverters 8a, 8b-, i.e. comparison outputs of comparators CA and CB are ''0'' or ''1'' are outputted from the output terminal 19 of the microcomputer. Thus, a decision on whether an A/D conversion result is within a prescribed range or not is made during a test, and single- test time for each input value is shortened, thereby shortening the test time on the whole.</p> |
